Another spring has arrived and it is time again for the annual
Friends of Cave Creek Canyon (FOCCC) garden party. A number of ask the expert tables were set up around Cave Creek Canyon's visitor center with topics ranging from local history to jaguars. The plant sale took place again this year out in the garden FOCCC installed and maintains for the
Coronado National Forest and the
Painted Pony Resort now has a variety of new local perennials for the front garden. Of course no garden party is complete without some tasty food and breakfast and lunch were served to visitors attending the garden party. For additional images of the garden party please see
FOCCC's Facebook page.

I was at the membership table in the white tent in the center of the panoramic view. We got some renewals and some new members, thank you.

Thanks for the update Pat and I liked the hair extensions. The garden party was another spectacular event and well attended and I'm glad to hear the group gained some new members. I embedded the links to FOCCC's Facebook page in the text above where the other images are also posted. The idea being to spread around ways visitors may easily access information about FOCCC.
ReplyDeleteI don't do Facebook so missed seeing that but many can see pix there, too. Big oops on my part!
ReplyDeleteNo oops or problem, the link takes you to FOCCC's page without joining or logging into Facebook. Perhaps the next FOCCC newsletter will have a compilation of garden party images.
